You can find Maxcom Exim Pvt. Ltd. on the second floor of the Apollo Dubai Plaza. We are in unit S1 at number 100 on the Mahalingapuram Ring Road in Nungambakkam. Being on the ring road means there’s a constant stream of cars and buses passing by outside. It’s a very central location, which is handy for getting around. The plaza itself is a bit of a maze if you haven’t been here before, but once you find the stairs to the second floor, we’re right there. Our office is a functional space. We’ve got our computers, a small area for files, and a table where we can sit and go over the shipping documents. It’s not a very quiet place because of the traffic, but we’ve learned to ignore the horns. We spend most of our time coordinating between different parties and making sure the export and import side of things is running smoothly. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise anyway. We don't really have a corporate vibe here. We’re just a group of people trying to run a business in a busy part of town. We value the fact that we’re in Nungambakkam because it feels like the heart of the city. We just do our work and go home.
