A S P Exim

Down in Ennore, at No. 13 on 2nd Street in Kamaraj Nagar. That’s where A S P Exim is. Ennore is an interesting place to work, especially being so close to the industrial areas and the port. It’s a lot of dust and trucks around here, but that’s just the nature of the business. Our office on 2nd Street is pretty basic. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that work overtime in the heat. Kamaraj Nagar is a busy area with a lot of people living and working nearby. We handle exports mostly. It’s a lot of checking lists and making sure the numbers match up. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. The building has seen better days, but it’s sturdy. We have a small tea break in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We’re just a small team trying to get things done. My desk is covered in papers and sticky notes. We don’t really do anything flashy. A S P Exim is just our way of making a living in this part of town. It’s practical work. We know the local transporters and they know us. That’s how we keep things moving. Sometimes the sea breeze reaches us if we’re lucky. We mostly focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things organized. It’s not a complicated life.
