We are based in Porur. It’s a part of town that has been growing quite a lot lately, and we have been right here in the middle of it. 3 S Lotus Exim Company is a small business that focuses on the import and export trade. We don't have a massive warehouse or a glass-walled office. It’s just a basic setup where we can get our work done. Most of our day is spent tracking shipments and talking to suppliers on the phone. Porur can get pretty congested during the day, so we try to do most of our running around early in the morning before the traffic gets really bad. We are just local people who know the trade and want to earn a living. There isn't any big secret to what we do. We just stay organized and try to avoid any major mistakes with the paperwork. The office is usually pretty quiet, except for when the heavy trucks are passing by outside. We have a few desks and a small area for meetings, but most of our work is done over the computer anyway. We’ve built up some good relationships with people in the area over the years. We don't need a lot of marketing or fancy slogans. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while driving through Porur. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it works for us day in and day out.
