Max E-Smart Skills Private Limited is situated at New No. 23 on Andavar Street. It’s right off the Anna High Road in Choolaimedu, so there is always a lot of movement nearby. Choolaimedu is one of those places where you really have to know the turns to find a specific address, but we’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture. We work on different skills here, mostly helping people get better at the things they need for work or school. The office isn't very large, so things are a bit tight when we have a full house. We have some computers set up and a few desks where we handle the paperwork. It’s a simple setup because we’d rather focus on the actual teaching than on having a polished office. The air conditioning hums in the background, which is a necessity in Chennai, and we usually have a pot of tea going somewhere. Most of our days are spent going through lessons or answering questions from the students. We aren't a big corporation with fancy slogans; we’re just a small group of people who are good at a few things and want to share that. If you find yourself on Andavar Street, you’ll see our door. It’s a humble place, but we get the work done. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to, which tells you a lot about how we run things.
