You can find Mariamson Exports (P) Ltd. over at 60/3 Godown Street. It’s a pretty busy area with lots of trucks and people moving around all day. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time now, dealing with exports and making sure the paperwork is all sorted out. The street name gives you a good idea of what it’s like around here. It’s mostly just warehouses and people shifting goods from one place to another. Our workspace is very basic, just some desks, phones, and a lot of coffee to get us through the long afternoons. Every day is a bit different depending on what needs to be shipped out. Sometimes things get a bit crazy when a big deadline is coming up, but we usually manage to get it all handled. We aren’t really into big corporate meetings or fancy talk. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things running smooth without making a big scene. It’s just a practical way to run a business. The people in the neighboring buildings are alright, mostly just folks doing the same kind of work as us. If you’re walking down the street, you’ll probably see us loading something into a van. We keep a low profile and just focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s been our home base for years and we like it.
