Shri Kaviya Co.

Mannady is a very busy place to have a business like Shri Kaviya Co. Our address is at No. 91 Coral Merchant Street and if you know this part of the city you know how narrow the lanes can get. Every morning the tea stalls are the first things to open up and then the rest of us start rolling up our shutters. There is always a lot of shouting and horns honking because of the lorries trying to move through the small streets. We have been in this spot for some time now and the walls are a bit stained but it feels like home. Being on Coral Merchant Street means we are right in the middle of all the trade action. Sometimes it takes twenty minutes just to move a small cart from one end of the block to the other. Our office inside is packed with files and samples and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when more than three people are standing in the entry way. We don't really do much in the way of decorating because we are too busy just keeping up with the daily tasks. It gets really hot in the summer months so we keep the fans running at full speed all day long. Most of the people working here have been with us for years so we don't have to say much to get the work done. It is just a simple place where we spend our days and deal with the neighbors.
