Maimoon Physiotheraphy Clinic

Maimoon Physiotheraphy Clinic is up on the first floor at No 9/17 on Perianna Maistry Street. This is in George Town, right next to Broadway Loan Square. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up some stairs, which we always tell them to be careful with. The clinic is basically a couple of rooms where we do the therapy sessions. We have some mats on the floor and some basic equipment for stretching and exercises. George Town is an old part of the city, so the building has that older feel to it. It’s not like those new glass buildings you see elsewhere. We have windows that look out towards the street, and you can hear the market sounds throughout the day. People come to us when they have stiff backs or legs that don't move right. We just spend the day helping them through their movements. It’s quiet work mostly, just one-on-one. We keep a logbook of who is coming in and what they need to do. The fan in the ceiling keeps the air moving so it doesn't get too stuffy. It’s a small operation. We don't have a big waiting room, so we try to time appointments so people don't have to stand around. It's just a plain, working space for physiotherapy in a busy part of George Town. We do our best to help people move better.
