You can find Madras Hardware right at 105 Broadway. If you know the area, you know Broadway is one of those old, crowded streets where you can find almost anything if you look hard enough. Our hardware shop has been here for a long time. We have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling, packed with everything from simple nails and screws to heavy-duty tools and plumbing supplies. It’s a bit of a maze inside, and it’s usually quite dusty, but we know exactly where every little part is kept. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a counter where we talk to customers and help them find what they need for their repairs. Broadway is always loud with the sounds of buses and people shouting, but it’s a great place to be because there’s so much life. We don't bother with fancy websites or marketing campaigns. People just know Madras Hardware is the place to go when you’re in a pinch and need a specific tool. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for decades. We like the personal touch of chatting with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a traditional way of doing business, and it has worked for us for all these years. We just keep the shop stocked and wait for the next person to walk in looking for a hammer or a latch.
