We operate out of Flat No. 1 on the ground floor at 16/47 Pinjala Subramaniam Street. This is right in T. Nagar, so you know how crowded it gets around here. Chennai is always loud and moving, and our little street is no different. We handle food ventures from this small office space. It’s not a big warehouse or anything, just a ground floor flat where we handle the paperwork and the small batches. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking on Pinjala Subramaniam Street, which we always tell people before they come over. We are just a small team trying to make a living in the city. The space is a bit cramped with all the boxes and files, but we make it work. Most of our days are spent on the phone or talking to suppliers who drop by. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes, which we actually like. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks when things get too busy. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything in such a busy part of town. We just want to get the food items out to the people who want them. It’s a bit of a scramble every day, but that’s just life in Chennai for you. We’re just regular people doing our best with what we have.
