Living Success Academy is over in West Mambalam, at No. 74 on 3rd Street in Annamalai Nagar. It’s an old building, or at least the address has an old number 25/1, which sometimes confuses the delivery drivers. The neighborhood is very residential and tight-knit, so everyone knows each other. We work out of a space that feels more like a home than an office. There’s always someone around, whether it’s a staff member or a visitor dropping by for a chat. We do a lot of teaching and coaching here, focusing on things that help people get ahead in life. Our rooms are filled with chairs and whiteboards, and there’s usually a lot of scribbling going on. We don't have a marketing department; we just rely on people hearing about us from their friends and neighbors. The routine is pretty much the same every day—open up early, get the tea going, and start the sessions. Sometimes it’s loud because of the construction nearby or the local vendors shouting on the street. We just ignore it and keep working. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we like being part of the Mambalam community. The office isn't perfectly tidy, but it's where all the real work happens without any pretension. We often stay late making sure all the students have what they need for the next day.
