Limra Granites Empire is located at 18 Tnp 6th Street in Perambur. Despite the "Empire" part of the name, we’re actually a pretty grounded, local operation. Perambur is a busy area with a lot of history, and being on 6th Street keeps us right in the middle of things. We deal with granite, mostly for floors and counters, and our day is usually filled with the sound of stone being moved and people asking about prices. The shop isn't anything too crazy, just a functional space where we keep our samples and handle the paperwork. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. People from around the neighborhood know where we are. We get a mix of contractors and regular homeowners coming through the door. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the news, but other days it’s non-stop with the phone and the deliveries. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a reliable spot in Perambur where you can get your stone. We’ve been at this address for a bit and we like the vibe of the street. It’s got that local feel where everyone is just trying to make a living. If you come by, you’ll probably see us sorting through some slabs or checking the delivery logs. It’s just normal daily work for us here on 6th Street.
