If you know Vadapalani, you know how busy it gets around Rahat Plaza. That’s where we are, right at 172/L-N.S.K. Saalairahat Plaza. It’s a lively spot. Lemakc Trading School is what we call the place. We mostly focus on teaching people how the markets work. It’s not just about numbers, it’s about understanding the whole system. We have desks set up and screens where we look at charts. People come in from all over Chennai to sit down and learn the ropes of trading. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the lessons. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the subject. The office isn't overly decorated. We use a lot of whiteboards and markers to explain things. Trading isn't easy, so we spend a lot of time going over the basics again and again. It feels like a small community sometimes. We drink a lot of tea while talking about stocks and trends. It’s a straightforward setup. You won't find anything flashy here, just people trying to figure out the financial world. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening. Sometimes we stay late if the markets are doing something interesting. It’s a lot of sitting and watching, but that’s the job. We’ve been in this Vadapalani spot for a while now and the location works well for us.
