Kps Hot Chips & Cool Bar

At Kps Hot Chips & Cool Bar, we spend most of our day making fresh snacks. We are sitting right on Trunk Road in the Poonamallee area of Chennai. The smell of frying chips usually lets people know we are open. We make banana chips, potato chips, and all those spicy mixtures people like to eat with their tea. It gets quite warm inside because of the big frying pans but we got used to it. We also have a fridge for cold drinks because Chennai is always so hot. People stop their bikes or cars to grab a packet of chips and a soda. It is a busy life on this road. We have a few chairs but most people just take their food and go. The oil we use is fresh and we try to finish everything by the end of the day. Sometimes we run out of the popular chips by evening. Our address is in the 600056 area and we have been serving the locals here for quite a bit. It is a family thing, so you might see my cousins or brothers helping out at the counter. The glass jars are always full of different treats. It is not a fancy restaurant, just a place for a quick bite and a cool drink. We keep the salt and spices ready every morning.
