Our clinic is inside Parsn Paradise Apartments, specifically at number 46. If you know G N Chetty Road in T Nagar, you’ll know it’s a packed area. We are right opposite the Jain Temple, which helps people find us when they get lost. It’s a bit of a climb or an elevator ride up since we are in the apartment building, but it’s nice once you’re inside. We have a few treatment tables and some basic exercise equipment like weights and bands. Most of our day is spent helping people move their arms or legs better after an injury. It’s physical work for us too. The rooms are plain, just white walls and some posters showing muscles and bones. T Nagar is always noisy, but inside the apartment complex, it's a bit more peaceful. We often hear the bells from the temple across the road. We don't have a big fancy waiting room, just a few chairs and some old magazines. People usually come in after work or early in the morning. It’s a small team here. We know most of our regulars by name. Sometimes we run late because a session takes longer than we thought, but we try to stay on schedule. It’s a practical space meant for getting better, nothing more than that. We just do our jobs and help the neighbors with their aches and pains as they come in.
