Sri Arunachala Granites

We are located at No. 32 Anna Street in KM Nagar, right near Gandhi Park. It’s a busy spot in Kodungaiyur, especially being across from Om Collections and the SLV Hotel. There is always someone walking by or a car trying to park. We deal with granite slabs, which are incredibly heavy and hard to move. You can usually find us out front moving stones around or talking to someone who stopped by after their lunch at the hotel. Our shop isn't fancy at all. The floor is often covered in stone dust and we have pieces of granite propped up everywhere. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. Being in Banashankari 3rd Stage means we are right in the middle of a lively neighborhood. We don't use any big marketing tricks. Most people just see the slabs when they are walking to the park or coming from the shops. We show them the different types of stone we have and tell them how much it costs. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business. The sun can be quite strong on Anna Street, so we spend a lot of time in the shade of the shop when we aren't loading a truck. We have been here for a good while and have seen the neighborhood change around us. It is just our little corner where we work with stone and talk to the neighbors. It’s hard work, but it is what we do.
