Kilburn Power Gear Limited

Our place is down at 93/1-A on Bajanai Koil St in Athipet. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it’s where we do all our power gear work. The building is older, and you can tell by the way the walls look and how the doors creak. Inside, it’s mostly just big pieces of metal and gears that need a lot of attention. We spend our time checking specs and making sure everything fits together the way it should. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved, so we’re all pretty tired by the end of the shift. The street outside is usually quiet except for the occasional truck or someone going to the temple. We take our breaks outside when it isn't too hot, just to get some fresh air away from the smell of grease. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have desks that have been here for decades and filing cabinets that are starting to rust a little at the bottom. But the work gets done, and we know our way around the machinery. Sometimes we have to wait on parts to arrive, which can be frustrating, but that’s just the nature of this kind of business. We’ve been in Athipet for a long time now, and the neighbors know us as the guys who are always working with the heavy stuff. It’s a steady life.
