Advance Engineering Services

We are Advance Engineering Services, and you can find us at No 7 in the T Block of the P & T Colony. This is over in Suburayar Nagar, which is part of Teynampet in Chennai. It’s an old-school neighborhood, and we’ve been here for quite some time. The office is in a residential area, so we are surrounded by houses and a few small shops. Chennai is known for its heat, and our office at -18 is no exception; we’ve got the fans going full blast most of the year. Our work is all about engineering, but we don't treat it like some high-flying corporate gig. We deal with the practical side of things, looking at plans and talking to folks about their technical needs. The colony is usually pretty calm, though you hear the occasional vegetable vendor calling out on the street. We’ve got a small desk for the paperwork and some older filing cabinets that have seen better days. People in the area know us as the engineering guys who have been here forever. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who just stop by because they saw our name on the gate. It is a simple, no-nonsense way to do business, and it suits the way we like to work. We just show up, do the engineering tasks, and head home once the work is done.
