Alkraft Thermotechnologies Private Limited

Alkraft Thermotechnologies Private Limited is based out of the Ambattur Industrial Estate, at 35-A & B-1. If you know Ambattur, you know it’s a massive place filled with all sorts of workshops and factories. It gets pretty hot inside the shed, especially during the summer months when the machines are all running at once. We do a lot of work with heat and metal here, which is just the nature of what we do. It’s loud and there is always something that needs to be moved or adjusted on the floor. We aren't a small shop, but we still have that feeling of everyone knowing each other. Most of the staff have been here for years. We don’t have time for fancy talk or anything like that because there is always another order waiting to be processed. The lunch break is usually pretty quick because we want to get back and finish up so we can leave on time. The floors are concrete and the walls are covered in tools and charts. It’s a very functional space. We don’t really worry about making things look pretty for visitors. We just worry about the quality of the work coming off the line. It’s a tough environment sometimes, but it’s what we know. We just show up, do the shifts, and keep the production going. It’s straightforward industrial work in a busy part of the city. That’s about it for us and how we work day to day.
