We’ve been over here on Cathedral Road for a while now, specifically on the third floor at Kanakasree Nagar. Kallal Agro Processers Private Limited is basically just a group of us who handle the processing of different agricultural stuff. It isn’t some fancy high-tech setup you would see in a magazine, but we have the machines we need to get the job done right. Most days involve a lot of checking the quality of what comes in and making sure the processing goes smoothly. It gets pretty busy around here, especially when a big load arrives from the farms. We used to be at the old address, 101/4, but now we are mostly settled into the new number 2/4. Working with food and agro products means you cannot really take shortcuts, so we just stick to the basics. People often ask what we actually do, and really, it is just making sure the raw materials are cleaned and ready for whatever comes next. It is hard work, and the office can get a bit cluttered with paperwork and samples, but it is what we know. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep the operations running without too many hiccups. If you are looking for us, just head toward Kanakasree Nagar and look for the building. It is a practical space for practical work. Nothing more, nothing less.
