K. J. Hospital Research & Postgraduate Center

We’re located at 182 Poonamallee High Road, which is a pretty well-known stretch of road. This building serves as both a hospital and a place where people come to do their postgraduate studies and research. It’s a bit of a mix here—you’ll see doctors in training walking around with their books, alongside patients coming in for their regular checkups. Because we do research too, there are parts of the building that look more like laboratories than a standard clinic. It’s a lot of space to manage, and the traffic on Poonamallee High Road means there’s always a hum of cars in the background. We’ve been at this location for many years, and the walls are covered with old notices and schedules. It’s a serious place, but we try to keep it friendly. The students bring a lot of energy to the corridors, which is nice. We focus on getting the medical work done while also making sure the next generation of doctors learns what they need to. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a working hospital where real things happen. We deal with all sorts of medical cases daily. It gets hectic, especially during the middle of the week, but we just keep moving forward with our daily tasks and seeing to everyone who needs us. It is a place of learning and a place of healing, all mixed into one building.
