Jute Service Centre

Jute Service Centre is located in Spencer Plaza, which is a place almost everyone in the city knows. We are on the 7c Floor, Phase I. Being on Mount Road means we are right in the middle of everything. It can be a bit of a maze inside the plaza if you aren't used to it. We've had people call us from the ground floor because they got turned around. Once you find the lift and get to the 7th floor, it’s easier. Our space isn’t very big, but we use every inch of it. We focus on providing service related to jute, obviously. We get a lot of foot traffic because of the location. People walking by see our sign and pop in to ask questions. We try to be helpful. It’s a bit different than being in an industrial estate. Here, it’s more about the individual customers and small orders. The lighting in the mall is always the same, so sometimes we lose track of time until it’s time to close up. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous place. We just want to do a good job for the people who come in. Some days are slow and we just tidy up, other days we can't keep up with the questions. We like the energy of Mount Road. It's never boring. It’s a long day usually, but seeing the sunset from the higher floors of the plaza is actually quite nice.
