Joys Impex

We operate Joys Impex from our office at 106 B Gandhi Road here in Tamil Nadu. It's a pretty central spot, so we see a lot of activity throughout the day from our windows. We aren't a corporate giant with fancy boardrooms or leather chairs. Our meetings usually happen around a small table with some tea and snacks from the shop nearby. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to imports and exports. It keeps the job interesting because you never know what the next inquiry might be. The work involves a lot of patience. There are many rules and regulations to follow, and we spend a fair amount of time making sure we’ve got everything right on the forms. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them quickly. Our office isn't perfectly tidy. There are usually some shipping crates in the corner and piles of catalogs on the desks. We prefer it that way because it feels like a place where real work happens. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. We've been doing this for a while, and we’ve learned that being straightforward with people is the best way to go. We don’t use any big marketing words. We just tell it like it is. If we can help with a shipment, we will. If we can't, we’ll be honest about it. That’s just how we work.
