It is a small place here in Anna Nagar East. We are right on 24th Street in N-Block, just across from Bhogan Villa Park. If you know the K4 police station, we are very close to that. Usually, the mornings are a bit busy with folks coming in before work because their back or neck is acting up. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic on 6th Avenue, but inside it is mostly just the sound of machines and people trying to stretch out. I have been working here a while now and most of our patients are just neighbors from the surrounding blocks. We have a few rooms set up for exercises and heat therapy. Sometimes the fans make a clicking sound that we keep meaning to fix. It isn't fancy or anything. There is a small waiting area with some old magazines that nobody really looks at because they are all on their phones anyway. We try to stay on schedule but sometimes a session goes long if someone is really struggling with their knee or shoulder. The park across the street is nice for a walk after a session if the weather isn't too hot. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the regulars pretty well by now. We just open the doors early, get the towels ready, and start seeing whoever is on the list for the day.
