Jeevasurabhi Organic Farm

Our farm is located at 857 Gst Road in Urapakkam. It is a pretty large piece of land where we grow different things using organic ways. We are outside most of the day, so our clothes are usually covered in dirt and we spend a lot of time in the sun. It is a lot of physical work like digging, planting, and watering the crops. We have some cows that we look after, and they need a lot of attention every single day. The Gst Road is right next to us, so there is a constant sound of traffic, which is a bit strange when you are standing in the middle of a field. We have a small shed where we keep our tools and where we sit down to have our tea. People often stop their cars along the road to buy fresh produce directly from us. We don't have a proper storefront, just some crates and a small table under a tree. It’s a very simple life and we don't have much use for fancy technology out here. We rely on the weather and the soil for everything. Sometimes the crows get into the seeds and we have to chase them away. It is a lot of trial and error with the plants. We just keep going and do our best with what the land gives us. It is hard work but we are used to it by now.
