Our office is located at Plaza House on Thirumurthy Street in T. Nagar, which is New No. 5 and Old No. 3 if you are looking at the maps. We are right across from the Nilgiris on Thirumalai Pillai Road, which is usually the easiest way to explain where we are in all the Chennai traffic. Jayabharat Agro Estates Llp is a small operation, and we mostly focus on managing larger plots of land and agricultural estates. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or people in suits. We mostly sit around old desks covered in land deeds and maps, trying to keep everything organized. The building itself has been around for a long time, and our office feels a bit like a library because of all the files we have to keep. We don’t do a lot of advertising or anything like that because most people who need us already know where to find us. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or driving out to see the actual estates, so the office can be a bit quiet during the middle of the day. We’re just a few people who know the agro business well and prefer to keep things straightforward and honest. There isn't any corporate polish here, just a lot of practical work and long hours spent making sure the estates are being handled properly.
