J K Physio & Rehab Clinic

Our clinic is at No 16 Karneeswarar Kovil Street in Saidapet. We are very close to the Karneeswarar Kovil, so you can often hear the temple bells from our windows. It’s a nice sound to work to. We focus on physio and rehab here, which means we spend all day helping people move their arms and legs again. The clinic is filled with various machines, exercise balls, and mats. It’s not a fancy gym, just a place where people do the hard work of getting better. We see everyone from grandmothers who tripped and fell to young guys who hurt themselves playing sports. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the temple, so there is always a lot of life around. We have a couple of treatment tables and some pulleys on the walls. It’s simple stuff, but it works. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people just find us because they live in Saidapet and saw the sign or heard about us from a friend. The floor is a bit worn in places from all the walking and exercising, but we think it shows how much work gets done here. We just try to keep things practical and help people get back on their feet without making a big production out of it. It’s just us and our patients working together.
