International Scientific Systems

We are over at 62/19, 10th Avenue in Ashok Nagar. The name is International Scientific Systems, but we’re just a local crew. We work with scientific gear and lab equipment. It’s quiet work for the most part. Ashok Nagar is a decent place to be based. We spend our time checking instruments and sorting out orders. The office isn't very large. It’s mostly just boxes and technical manuals piled up. We’ve been at this spot on 10th Avenue for quite some time now. People sometimes get confused by the name, thinking we’re some huge company, but it’s just us here. We handle things carefully because the equipment is delicate. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at specs. It’s a bit technical, but we’ve gotten used to it. The neighborhood has changed over the years, but our building stays the same. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do the paperwork and make sure the right stuff gets to the right place. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and that’s the biggest drama of the day. We like the routine. It’s a simple life. We just keep our heads down and do the job. The back room is full of bubble wrap and packing tape for shipping everything out.
