Down on 2nd Main Road in Chennai, you’ll find us at 70 C. We go by the name Institution, which is straightforward enough for most people. Being in the 600100 area means we get a lot of local humidity and the usual Chennai heat, but we’ve got our routine down. Our building isn't anything to look at from the outside, but inside we keep things organized and moving. We’ve been in this part of Tamil Nadu for a long time, and we’ve seen the streets change as more shops opened up around us. We aren't a big corporation with offices everywhere; we are just this one spot on the main road. Most of our day is spent handling paperwork or talking to people who drop by with questions. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a workplace where we try to stay on top of our responsibilities. Sometimes the traffic on 2nd Main is a nightmare, but that’s just life in the city. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to be helpful to those who come in. It’s a simple, honest way to run a place without making it more complicated than it needs to be for our visitors.
