Insight Engineering Systes Pvt Ltd Ii is located down in Sivakasi, specifically on Middle Street in Anuappankulam. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty hot and dusty during the afternoons. Our building is at 3/54, and it is a pretty straightforward engineering shop. We have been operating here for a bit, dealing with the local heat and the hum of the machines all day long. The street outside is usually busy with people moving back and forth towards the Virudhunagar district. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls or anything. It is more of a place where we wear old clothes and get our hands dirty with the gear. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until things get moving again. Most of the guys working here are from around the via Sivakasi area, so we all know each other well. We have some heavy equipment in the back and a small space in the front for paperwork and talking to people who drop by. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people find us easily enough. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. It’s an engineering spot, so the focus is always on the metal and the mechanics of what we are putting together that day. It is just a regular life for us here in Tamil Nadu.
