Indus Refrigeration is based over in Guindy at the Industrial Estate. We are on the first floor of the D-5 building. It’s an active area with a lot of noise and trucks coming in and out most days. We spend a lot of time working on cooling systems and various refrigeration units for different people. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork done and talk to customers who drop by. Being in an industrial zone means we are close to other shops and workshops, which helps when we need parts or just to see what's going on in the neighborhood. Some of the guys have been here for years, and we know the layout of the estate pretty well by now. It can get quite hot in Chennai, so we stay busy with the cooling equipment. We just try to keep things running properly. Sometimes the traffic near the estate is a bit much, but that is just how it is around here. We handle the usual repairs and maintenance that come with this kind of work. If you are looking for D-5, it’s easy to find once you get inside the main gate. We keep it simple and just focus on the jobs we have for the day. It’s a solid place to work and we have built up a lot of local connections over time.
