You can find us on the main road in Mahatma Gandhi Nagar, specifically at number 173. Kolathur is a busy part of Chennai, and we have been at this location for quite some time now. We do engineering work, which basically means we are often covered in dust or grease by the end of the day. It is a lot of machinery and metal parts moving around the shop. The floor is usually pretty loud when the machines are running. We are not some big high-tech firm. We are just a local engineering shop that knows how to fix things and put things together for our customers. People bring in parts that need repairing or they ask us to make something specific for them. We have a few old lathes and some newer tools too. It is a bit of a mix of old and new. The office part is just a small desk in the corner where we keep the bills and the register. We do not really bother with much else besides the physical work. It is very hot here in Chennai, so we keep the fans going all day long. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit to get back to work, but that is just life here. We have a couple of guys who have been with us for years. They know the machines better than anyone else. We do not do anything fancy, just solid work.
