Our place is at 19 Nethaji Street in Kolathur. It’s a busy little spot, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We handle various healthcare things, mostly just seeing people who walk in from the neighborhood. Kolathur is a crowded area, so there’s always someone coming by with a question or a minor ache. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the desk. We keep our records in files that sometimes get a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. The doctors and the assistants here are local, so we see our patients at the grocery store or the bus stop too. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't spend money on big signs or ads because everyone on Nethaji Street already knows we're here. If the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we just use the backup or wait it out with some tea. It’s just the reality of running a small healthcare spot. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the people who live nearby have someone to talk to when they feel unwell. It’s basic, it’s a bit noisy because of the street traffic, but it’s our workplace and we like it just fine. We just keep our doors open and do what we can.
