Hi-Line Aqua

Hi-Line Aqua operates out of Soundram Apartments on Third Main Road. It’s a residential-feeling area in Kasturba Nagar, Adyar, so it’s not like being in a big industrial park. We’re at number 28/1. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the equipment and water-related supplies we have to keep on hand. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites to see how things are working. Dealing with aqua systems means there is always something leaking or needing a filter change. It’s hands-on stuff. The office is mostly just a base for us to coordinate where we need to be. Adyar is a nice part of town, though parking near the apartments can be a real headache some mornings. We have a small crew and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We don't really bother with fancy uniforms or big signs. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our truck parked on the street. It’s just about making sure the water stuff is sorted out properly. There’s always a bit of a mess with tools lying around, but we know where everything is. It's a simple operation, really. We just try to get the day's tasks finished so we can start fresh tomorrow. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair, but that is just part of the business.
