Hcs Career Development Academy Private Limited is located at 3/38 Saravana Street in T. Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know how packed T. Nagar gets, especially around these narrow streets. Our building is a bit old, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We help people figure out their career paths and teach them some skills. The office is often full of young students looking for advice. We have chairs lined up against the wall and a few desks where we sit and talk to everyone. It’s a very local vibe, not at all like those big glass buildings you see in the IT parks. We have a small board outside so people can find us among all the other houses and shops. Saravana Street is famous for many things, mostly the crowd. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to the sounds of horns and people shouting. We keep a stack of brochures and forms on the main table. It’s a busy life, especially during the admission seasons. We don't have a lot of staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to teaching a class. It is just a regular local academy. We usually keep some snacks in the drawer because lunch happens late most days.
