Being in such a large complex means there is always something going on around us. The view from the window overlooks JN Road and Pillaiyar Koil Street, and you can see the metro trains passing by every now and then. It is a decent place to work. We spend most of our time in meetings or working on training modules for our clients. The office is quiet compared to the noise of the main road downstairs. Anna Nagar is a busy part of Chennai, but once you get inside the Q Tower, it feels a lot more relaxed. We have our desks set up in a simple way, no fancy decorations or anything. Just our computers and a lot of notebooks. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is so much to do. We usually get coffee from the machine or walk down to the local shops if we need a real break. It is a long walk to the gate from our building, but it is good exercise. We are just a small team of consultants trying to stay organized. It is not a very complicated life here. We just try to get the work finished before the evening traffic peaks.
