Even though it is a big research park, our office is pretty modest. We have a few rooms filled with computers and chairs. We spend most of our time looking at data and trying to make sense of it for our trainees. It is a lot of screen time, which can be tiring on the eyes. The building itself is quite modern and has good air conditioning, which is a relief in the Chennai heat. We usually eat our lunch in the shared canteen area with other people from the park. We don't have any flashy marketing or big promises. We just teach people how to use analytics tools. It is quite a technical job, so we spend a lot of time explaining things. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the office gets very quiet. We are just regular people who happen to know a lot about data. We don't go in for corporate jargon.
