Global Hospital

Located over at F1 Appu Manor on Perambur Barracks Road, Global Hospital has been part of Purasawalkam for some time. Being at 137 Perambur Barracks Road means we are right in the thick of things in Chennai. The building is easy to find if you know the area well. We share the space with other offices and residents since it’s an apartment-style setup. It’s a bit different from a standalone clinic, but it works fine for what we do. Our team spends most of the day coordinating between different floors. It can get a bit crowded on the stairs during peak hours, especially with the Chennai heat outside. We mostly deal with the locals who live around Purasawalkam. They appreciate having a place so close to home. The rooms inside are set up for various needs. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We focus more on making sure the medical supplies are stocked and the schedules are managed. Sometimes the traffic on the road makes it hard to park, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We try to be as helpful as possible when someone walks in. There’s no big corporate office telling us what to do; it’s just the staff here trying to get the job done right. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood, but we’re still here at Appu Manor. It's a busy life, but it's okay.
