Down in Royapettah, specifically at New No. 26, Koya Arunagi, Second St., you will find our shop. We go by General Engineering Tools. It is a busy little part of the city, and we fit in pretty well with the rest of the businesses here. We deal with all sorts of tools and different engineering parts. Our shop is usually packed with shelves full of metal bits and heavy equipment. It might not look like the most organized place to a stranger, but we know exactly where every single item is kept. People come in looking for very specific things for their own projects or repairs. We try to help them find what they need without making a big production out of it. Royapettah is a good location for us because there are always people around who are fixing something or building something new. We have been at this address for quite a while now. The street itself is narrow, so deliveries can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we always manage. We are not interested in sounding like some big corporate entity.
