Gbr Clinic Hospital

Gbr Clinic Hospital is situated at the GBR Fertility Centre & Hospitals, HIG B 1027. It's on the 6th Main Road in the Mogappair Eri Scheme. This is over in Mogappair West. It’s a residential-feeling area but it’s got a lot of activity going on. The building is part of a bigger scheme, so there are lots of similar-looking blocks around the streets. We have a sign out front so people don’t accidentally walk into the wrong place. Inside, it’s a mix of a clinic and a hospital setup. We deal with fertility stuff mostly, but it’s still just a clinic at the end of the day. The lobby has some old magazines and some chairs that have definitely seen better days. It gets a bit humid here, being in Chennai, so the fans are always on full blast. You can hear the hum of them throughout the entire building. We have a small desk where people check in when they arrive. The staff is mostly women from the local area who’ve been with us for a long time. We talk about our kids and what we’re planning to cook for dinner while we organize the files. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment at all. We just try to make people feel okay while they’re waiting for their tests or appointments. The street outside is usually quiet except for the occasional school bus or vegetable vendor passing by. It’s a calm corner of Mogappair West.
