G T C Industries Ltd is tucked away in Lakshmi Bhavan, which is building number 609 on Mount Road. We are on the sixth floor, in unit 6-F. It is one of those older buildings where you have to wait a bit for the lift, especially during the lunch hour when everyone is heading out at the same time. Our office isn't anything like those modern glass buildings you see popping up everywhere now. We have standard desks, some old filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of paper everywhere. Mount Road is always buzzing with noise, and you can hear the traffic from our windows even though we are high up. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the security guards and the guys who run the small shops downstairs. It is a very routine kind of place. We handle the industrial side of things, mostly paperwork and coordinating with the various sites. It gets a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we just keep the fans running and get on with it. We don't really do big meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, it's just a lot of phone calls and checking ledgers. If you are looking for us, just find Lakshmi Bhavan and head up.
