Our shop is located at 6/183-A on Pozhichalur Main Road. We’re right there in Venkateshwara Nagar, which is a busy little area in Pozhichalur. The traffic outside is pretty constant, especially during the rush hours when everyone is trying to get through. It’s a local spot, nothing too big or intimidating. We mostly handle engineering tasks that locals and small businesses around Chennai need. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space with enough room for our tools and a few workbenches. On hot days, we keep the fans running full blast, but it still gets quite warm inside with all the equipment running. We’ve got a routine here. Open up early, sweep the floor, and check what needs to be finished from the day before. We don’t do much advertising; people usually find out about us from their neighbors or by seeing our sign as they drive past on the main road. It’s the kind of place where you can walk in and talk directly to the person doing the work. We don't have layers of management or anything like that. Just a few of us working together to get the orders out. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the narrow streets, but we manage. It’s just how things go around here, and we’re used to the pace of the neighborhood. We don't mind the noise much anymore, it just becomes part of the day.
