Our office is located at 61, Anna Salai. Being on a main road like Anna Salai means it’s always busy and loud outside. There is always the sound of horns and buses passing by at all hours. Frigsales Climate Technologies is what we go by. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we just focus on the climate side of things. The building we are in is quite old. It’s got a lot of character, but the stairs can be a bit much if you’re not used to them. We spend most of our time dealing with technical specs and customer calls that come in. It’s not a polished corporate showroom at all. It’s just a place where we work. We have papers everywhere and the old fans are usually going full blast to keep the air moving. It gets very hot in this part of the city, so we understand why people need what we do. We’ve been in this spot on Anna Salai for a while now. You get used to the fast pace of the street. Sometimes we go out for lunch at one of the food stalls nearby. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't have any big marketing plans or fancy brochures to hand out. We just talk to people and try to solve their problems. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with every day. We just keep things moving along.
