Our office is down on Thambuchetty Street in Parrys, at No: 247. If you know Chennai, you know how hectic Parrys can get. It’s a maze of streets and old buildings, and we are right in the middle of it. Fluid Power Systems And Engneering & Co. has been operating from here for quite a while. We do a lot of engineering work, mostly involving hydraulics and power systems. The street outside is always full of people, carts, and noise. Inside, we try to keep things a bit more organized, though with all the parts and tools we have, it’s a constant battle. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a functional space where we talk to clients and figure out technical problems. We didn't get into this business to become some big polished brand. We got into it because we like fixing things and seeing how they work. The staff here knows their stuff, even if they don't wear suits. We speak the local language and deal with problems as they come up. Some days are slow, but usually, it's a rush to get things done before the shops close for the evening. It’s a gritty, real environment. We don't make promises we can't keep, and we don't use those corporate scripts when we talk to people. Most customers just find us by word of mouth or by walking down the street.
