The building we are in is quite functional. We don’t have a big, flashy showroom or anything like that. Inside Fein Power Tools India Pvt Ltd, it’s mostly just us working through our daily lists. We have a storage area for our stock and a few desks for the paperwork side of things. The heat in Chennai can be quite intense, so we usually have the fans going from the moment we open up. Kodambakkam is a great neighborhood because it’s got a bit of everything. There are local markets, old houses, and new businesses all mixed together. We like being part of that mix. Sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to find parking on Arcot Road, but we make it work. We don't really do much in the way of promotional talk. If someone stops by, we just show them what we have and answer their questions. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We’ve seen the city change a lot from our spot at No 69, but we’re happy to stay right where we are.
