Fasta Pizza Private Limited

Fasta Pizza is over on 9th Street in Kubera Nagar. We have two plots, 252 and 253, so there’s a bit of room for us to move around. Madipakkam is a nice neighborhood. It’s mostly families and people going about their daily lives. We fit right in with that. The shop isn't fancy. We have a counter, some ovens, and a place to sit. We spend a lot of time on our feet. Making pizza is a lot of work if you do it right. We chop all the vegetables ourselves every morning. The tomatoes come from the market nearby. We try to keep things simple. We don't use any of those pre-made crusts. Everything starts as a ball of dough in the back room. Sometimes the delivery bikes need repairs, which usually means one of us is out there with a wrench in the afternoon. It’s a small operation. We don't have a marketing department or a big boss in a suit. It’s just the folks you see behind the counter when you walk in. We deal with the rushes when they happen and enjoy the quiet moments when they don't. The floor gets a bit greasy by the end of the shift, so we spend a lot of time mopping. It’s just a normal job in a normal part of town. We like it that way. No big mission or anything, just hungry people and plenty of dough to roll.
