If you're looking for Evergreen Impex Pvt. Ltd., we're on the first floor of Eldams Square, right on Eldams Road in Alwarpet. It's a decent spot in a busy part of town. The office is suite 106, so it's not too hard to find once you get inside the building. We do a lot of import and export work here, which mostly involves a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and tons of emails. The office is usually filled with the sound of the printer going or people talking to suppliers. We aren't into that slick, modern office look. Our shelves are full of old samples and binders that have been there for years. Alwarpet is a nice area, even if finding a place to park your car is basically impossible most days. We usually just take the bus or get dropped off. There are about six of us working here regularly. We've had some good years and some tough ones, but we just keep showing up and doing the work. It's a practical business. We don't spend money on expensive signs or marketing people. We just focus on getting our shipments cleared and making sure our clients get what they ordered. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and those days are stressful, but that's just how this business goes. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living.
