Bernice Physiotheraphy

Bernice Physiotheraphy is located over at F block, 3rd street in Anna Nagar East. We’re right near the back of Valliammai College, which makes us pretty easy to find if you know the landmark. The clinic is at number 200. It’s a quiet street, which is nice because people coming here usually aren't feeling their best. We’ve got a couple of treatment tables and some basic gear for exercises. It’s not one of those high-tech places with robots; it’s mostly just us using our hands and helping people do their stretches. We see a lot of folks with back pain or people who are trying to walk better after an accident. Every day is a bit different. One hour we’re helping an older lady with her knee, and the next it’s a younger person who hurt themselves playing sports. We try to keep things relaxed. There’s no point in being all stiff and formal when someone is in pain. We just talk, figure out where it hurts, and get to work. The room gets a good amount of sunlight in the morning, which makes it feel a bit more cheerful. We spend a lot of time explaining how to do exercises at home, though we know half the people forget as soon as they leave. It’s just how it goes. Being in Anna Nagar is convenient for our regulars. We’re just here to help people move a bit easier and get back to their lives.
