Empire Soda

We've been operating out of Anderson Street for quite some time now, right in the heart of Flower Bazar. If you know the Broadway area in George Town, you know how busy it gets around here. Our shop at number 6 isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the soda ready and keep things moving. The air in George Town always smells like spices and old buildings, and we are just one part of that daily bustle. We don't spend much time on fancy signs or anything like that. Mostly, it's just us making sure the bottles are filled and the crates are stacked properly. Working in a place like Flower Bazar means you see all sorts of people every day. Some are just passing through, others have been coming to this street for decades. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic and the markets, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. There’s a lot of history in these walls, though we don't think about it much while we are working. It's a straightforward business. We show up, do what needs to be done, and go home. People ask how long we’ve been here and honestly, the years just kind of blend together after a while. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the shop running and making sure the soda is there when someone needs it. It’s just how we do things here on Anderson Street, day in and day out, without making a big fuss.
