Dr Rex Hospital

Dr Rex Hospital is located on Millers Road in Kilpauk, Chennai. The address is Old No 19, which is now New No 37. We have been a fixture in the Kilpauk area for quite some time. It is a hospital, but it doesn't feel like one of those giant, cold institutions you see in the movies. It is more of a local place where people from around Chennai come when they need medical help. Being on Millers Road means we are easy to find, as it’s a pretty well-known street. The building is older, which gives it a bit of character compared to the newer glass buildings. We have various departments and rooms for patients to stay in. It can be a busy place, with people coming and going at all hours. We have a staff that has been with us for many years, so there’s a lot of familiarity here. Patients often recognize the nurses and the people at the front desk. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who have known about us for decades. It’s a bit crowded sometimes, especially in the corridors, but we manage to keep things moving. We just focus on treating the people who walk through our doors. It’s a straightforward medical facility that’s been part of the Kilpauk neighborhood for a long time now. We just do our daily work.
