Dilas Training Academy (Opc) Private Limited

Our office is Flat No S1 on the second floor of Plot 1, 2, and 3 on Dr Ambedkar Street Extension. It’s in Pallikaranai, which is part of the Kancheepuram side of Chennai. Dilas Training Academy (Opc) Private Limited is the name on the door. It’s a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but it gives us a decent view of the street. Pallikaranai is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time. We have stayed here because it’s a central enough spot for our students to reach us. The office isn't massive. It’s basically a converted flat, so it has a bit of a homey, lived-in feel to it. We have our training materials stacked up in the corners and a few tables for people to work at. It’s not a corporate showroom, just a place where people come to learn stuff. Some days it is very quiet, and we just catch up on admin work. Other days, the place is buzzing with people. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide training and try to help people out. Dr Ambedkar Street can get a bit congested during rush hour, but that is just Chennai for you. We like the local vibe here and the fact that we can just grab a quick meal at the shops downstairs between our training sessions.
